Harry Clarkson-Bennett published an absolute banger called “How Google Discover REALLY Works” where he ties real proxies from the Google Leak to his own Discover wins and losses. It’s one of those rare posts where someone actually connects the dots between what Google claims Discover is, and what the leak suggests is happening under the hood.
It lines up with everything I’ve observed from clients who consistently earn Discover traffic. The wins aren’t random. They follow patterns. And thanks to the leak, those patterns are a lot less mysterious.
